Here are a few questions most frequently asked by our customers.
Shipping information only applies to Gift Baskets shown on our website.
All floral arrangements are delivered by a local florist.

                    Q. Is Aaron's a real florist, or just a telephone number
                    A. Aaron's is owned, and operated by real florists, with many years experience sending,
                       and filling floral orders.

                    Q. Can I get same day delivery on orders placed after 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone?
                    A. Aaron's, along with our associate florists, construct, and deliver hundreds of floral
                        arrangements daily. As responsible business owners, we do not make guarantees that
                        may not be honored. It is simply a matter of volume, and time. Most established
                        florist shops schedule their work, and labor requirements at least 24 hours in advance.
                        We will gladly request same day delivery on late orders, but ethically, we cannot make
                        a guarantee.

                    Q. If I am willing to pay, can I get a guaranteed same day delivery on my late order?
                    A. No, in all fairness, orders will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Please,
                        do not ask for preferential treatment, based on your willingness to pay.

                    Q. How do I know if Aaron's received, and processed, the order I just sent on-line?
                    A. If you provide your e-mail address, you will receive confirmation, when your order has
                        been placed successfully. Normally, this will occur within fifteen minutes of receiving
                        your order.

                    Q. I placed my order early, why was it not delivered?
                    A. Unless specifically authorized by the sender, we do not believe that leaving your order
                        unattended is proper, or safe. Thus, we do not normally leave orders at the recipient's
                        door, where it becomes vulnerable to weather, pets, or theft. It is common practice to
                        call the recipient to insure someone will be at home to accept your order. Expecting the
                        delivering florist to make costly, and unsuccessful, delivery attempts, is also impractical.
                        We will attempt to contact the recipient, and arrange a convenient delivery time.

                    Q. How can I verify the recipient has received my order?
                    A. Baring unusual circumstances, we will deliver your order during normal business hours, on
                        the day scheduled. Please, allow at least 24 hours before contacting us to verify delivery.
                        For example, if we scheduled your order for delivery during business hours on the 15th,
                        we cannot obtain a verification from the delivering florist, until the morning of the 16th.
                        This information is simply not available until then. If a problem occurs in making your
                        delivery, we will notify you. Please consider, that not hearing from the recipient immediately,
                        does not necessarily mean the delivery was not completed.

                    Q. Can I have my order delivered at a designated time?
                    A. Aaron's cannot guarantee that our delivering florists can honor your request for a time
                        specific delivery, since work loads and schedules vary daily, for each individual shop.

                    Q. Is it possible to schedule deliveries on weekends?
                    A. Yes, we honor requests for normal Saturday deliveries. However, many florists are only
                        open for a half day Saturday. We schedule no deliveries for Sunday, with the only
                        exception being prearranged funeral deliveries.

                    Q. What is Aaron's return policy?
                    A. If Aaron's designed, and delivered the arrangement in question, we will honor return
                        requests made within 72 hours of delivery. We will refund the full purchase price to
                        the sender, and the recipient must make all flowers available to Aaron's, so we can
                        obtain proper credit from our suppliers. This guarantee does not cover flowers with
                        very short vase lives, such as tulips, and daffodils. Aaron's does not dictate the
                        return policies of associate florists.

                    Q. Will orders placed by me contain the flowers shown, or will you substitute?
                    A. We can't guarantee that all varieties of flowers will be available at all locations, at
                        all times. If a substitution is necessary due to unavailability of a particular flower,
                        we will notify you, and we will only substitute the flowers with others of equal, or
                        greater value. Substitution is rarely necessary.

                    Q. Do you accept orders from anonymous senders?
                    A. Yes, we will send the arrangement with the enclosure card unsigned. However, the
                        filling florist must receive the full name of the sender, and will reveal it, if the
                        recipient should request it.

                    Q. How soon can I have one of the gift baskets on your website delivered?
                    A. Same day shipping on single basket orders, received by 12:00 am EST, Monday through
                        Friday. All baskets are shipped UPS ground, unless the customer requests a faster
                        delivery method. Gift baskets are shipped from New York, so please allow enough time
                        for delivery. Check the map below to estimate the working days required for your order
                        to arrive. If speed is a consideration, specify 2nd-Day Air, or Overnight Air on your
                        order form, or ask about Gift Basket delivery, by a local florist.



Ground shipping fees are added to the price of each gift basket, and vary with basket size:
Small=$7.95  Medium=$8.95  Large=$9.95  XLarge=$10.95 

Additional fees required for expedited shipping:
2nd Day Air, (add $9.95)  Overnight Air, (add $19.95)


With reference to shipping, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not counted as working days.
These rates apply to shipping within the continental United States.

                    Q. The gift baskets on your website take too long to deliver. What other choices do I have?
                    A. If you need to have a gift basket there today, or tomorrow, we can have one made, and
                       delivered by a local florist. We can make a great looking basket with fruit, nuts, candies,
                       crackers, gourmet bread, spreads, tea, gourmet coffee, sausages, etc.

                    Q. Does Aaron's deliver to foreign countries?
                    A. Our products are only available for delivery within the continental United States.

                    Q. How long can the enclosure card message on my floral, or gift basket order be?
                    A. Please, limit the size of your insert card messages to the format of the message field on the order form. Our
                        computer system will reject anything that exceeds 4 lines with no more than 40 characters on each line. This
                        size restriction ensures that the message will fit on a typical enclosure card.
