If a problem should arise with an arrangement or gourmet gift basket designed and delivered by Aaron's, we will replace it, or refund the full purchase price to the sender. However, all claims should be made within 72-hours of delivery, and the items must be made available for return to Aaron's.

Depending on destination, it may be necessary for Aaron's to forward your order, for delivery by another florist. In the event a dispute occurs regarding product or service, we guarantee your claim will be satisfied, or Aaron's will refund the entire amount of your purchase.
